2. Account Registration

To access certain features, users may create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, keep login credentials confidential, and notify HerBid™ of unauthorized account activity.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Certain HerBid™ features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that subscription fees are billed automatically, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date, pricing may change with reasonable notice, and failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

Subscription access may include bid tracking, opportunity filtering, procurement workflow tools, saved opportunities, AI-assisted features, and premium platform functionality.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings or payment provider portal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations apply to future billing periods, subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing cycle begins, and users retain access through the end of the active billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, scrape or copy platform data without authorization, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload malicious software, impersonate others, or use HerBid™ for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

6. Procurement & Third-Party Data

HerBid™ may aggregate or display procurement opportunities, certification references, public notices, and related information from third-party sources. HerBid™ does not control third-party procurement entities, guarantee opportunity accuracy or availability, or take responsibility for external procurement decisions, deadlines, or changes.

7. Intellectual Property

All HerBid™ branding, platform design, content, workflows, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit HerBid™ content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HerBid™ shall not be liable for lost profits, procurement losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions arising from platform use. Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

9. Platform Availability

HerBid™ may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
